These website terms of use constitute a legal agreement between you and Toogy Inc. (“toogy”) (“Toogy”) (“TOOGY”) (“Terms of Use”) and apply to your access to and use of this website. Please read these terms of use carefully before using this website. By continuing to access and use this website, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not accept these terms of use, you may not use this website. In these terms of use, “this website” includes all the web pages related to the toogyinc.com site excluding any links to third party sites.

Toogy values its relationship with its customers, employees, partners and is committed to the protection of their personal information. Accordingly, Toogy adheres to the privacy principles based on the principles of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. 


"Personal Information" means information of an identifiable individual which includes full legal name, date of birth, SIN/SSN, citizenship status, title, business address, telephone number, email, ID proof of a candidate who has shown intention to use our services for the sole purposes of employment, job placement or to assist them with their career opportunities through our website or direct email or phone contact. 

 

All such information will be kept confidential and secured and will be shared with the concerned authorities or legal entities only for the sole purposes of doing background checks, employment history verification, educational verification, credit checks, reference checks - when and if asked by our partners and/or clients with whom we do business with.

 

We respect the privacy of individuals in all aspects of our business operations and takes all applicable privacy laws seriously. We never collect any personal information other than needed to fulfill these purposes, unless lawfully requested by the client and consented by the individual candidate.

We never trade, sell, or share information to any third-party other than the prospective employer who has shown keen interest in hiring the candidate. The same information will be shared with our clients/ partners, only after individual candidate’s consent. No personal information will be used without the prior permission of the owner of personal data. We take individual’s privacy very seriously.
